However, E-Gov has a limited scope in Brazil, since less than one in ten households has their own computer. By contrast, there are at least a TV in about 90% of Brazilian homes. Because of this, the E-Gov was adapted for television - being called a T-Government (T-Gov) - a very feasible way of achieving much of the population, and making services more accessible and easier to be used. The T-Gov must be driven by the low cost of receivers and converters of the digital signal, price more acessible than a computer.

Intacto believes that the government can exert a big influence in the process of digital inclusion, as can be a great incentive for the use of interactivity. One example would be the availability of some obrigatory services also on television, such as income tax declaration.

The interactive applications can be enjoyed in many ways, they come:

· Health campaigns and warnings about the vaccination dates;
· Programs for distance learning;
· Election campaigns;
· Queries about personal data.
